Founded in 1972, Gateway Rehab has become a leader in drug & alcohol treatment in Western Pennsylvania. Currently, we are in search of a part time Administrative Assistant to continue our mission and vision. This position is located at Gateway Rehab’s Community Transition Center located in Erie, PA. This facility is a correctional center allowing individuals to transition with support and guidance. The schedule for this position will 24-30 hours weekly, primarily daylight. Please note, the schedule is subject to change dependent on program needs.

Processing patient admissions, discharges, and transfers; reviewing/organizing Weekly Patient Budget Sheets and distributing weekly patient checks; maintaining treatment records and other program files; assisting with preparation for licensing visits; word processing; answering phones; report preparation; supervision and coordination of assignments for the clerical staff; and other record keeping and clerical functions.
Qualifying Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:
High school diploma/equivalent and strong computer (proficiency in Microsoft Office), communication, and organizational skills required. Post high school education and two years office experience preferred.
