Gateway Rehab has a Part time Admissions Officer position available for our Admissions department in Aliquippa, PA (Center Twp). The work schedule will be 16-24 hours a week  with days scheduled throughout a Monday – Friday schedule.  Hours for this position will be a combination of day/evening. Please note Please note, the schedule is subject to change dependent on program needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing admissions, including interviewing patients to obtain accurate insurance and personal information.
  • Maintaining patient admission and discharge records.
  • Completing patient consents, data entry, and additional clerical duties as needed.
  • This position will also provide backup coverage for other positions in the Admissions Department as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, computer, and clerical skills are required.
