Informatics and Analytics Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Informatics and Analytics Coordinator to fill a full time position.  This will be a hybrid position.

Job Summary:   This position provides support to the Strategic Management department and is responsible for the daily, weekly, and monthly tasks associated with the administration of the Electronic Medical Record (currently Credible software (SAAS model) and analysis of data for recurring reporting  for Gateway, Greenbriar and Neil Kennedy.

Pay is $50-$55k depending upon experience

Essential Functions: 

  • Is responsible to maintain the EMR including timely and accurate responses for issues referred by EMR Users
  • Monitors timeliness and effectiveness of the EMR Vendor response to Service Task Tickets
  • Coordinates Gateway, Greenbriar and Neil Kennedy’s participation in the Vendor’s User groups
  • Reviews and distributes communications from the EMR vendor including all release notes, trainings and updates
  • Coordinates Data Definitions & Data Integrity Issues as well as changes to Service Types, Forms & Policies
  • Provides ongoing staff trainings on Credible workflows
  • Prepares variation analysis worksheets.
  • Prepares graphs of market, census, financial, and other data for regular, ongoing reporting
  • Provides data on legislative matters relating to D & A treatment and funding.
  • Provides data and information for various regulatory bodies.
  • Provides data for preparation of grant applications
  • Performs various clerical duties as necessary.
  • Assists in special projects as needed.

Travels to various Gateway, Greenbriar and NKRC sites as needed

Qualifying Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working with electronic medical record software products, Must have experience with Credible Behavioral Health . GIS experience is a plus
  • Experience working with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 security regulations
  • Computer literacy required for Microsoft Office Products (Word and PowerPoint) including advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
